今年是逢興生技別具意義的一年，公司從創立至今20年!據統計，台灣中小企業平均壽命13年，我們能持續成長，首先要感謝很多人的幫忙，再來就是團隊和我個人的執著；我把這些執著的歷程故事歸結成公司的價值觀，在20周年與大家分享。
2019 is a very special and meaningful year for Wel-Bloom. It has been 20 years since the company was established. Nowadays, the average life span of Taiwanese SMEs is 13 years. I am proud that Wel-Bloom has continued to grow and expand. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has helped me along the way, followed by my team and my persistence throughout this journey. This persistence has become our core values which I would like to share in our 20th Anniversary.
誠信正直 Integrity
對於員工的要求，我希望每個人對自己、對同事、對工作都要誠信負責，作對的事。日本胎盤製劑的指標大廠Snowden公司是我創業的第一個夥伴，我的日文不太好，當時公司規模也不大，為什麼社長願意把他們的產品交給我們推廣，代理超過二十年？就是我們的誠心、我們的正直，我們是真的想要把他們優秀的產品帶來台灣；我想如果公司沒有很高標準的道德，彼此也不會合作這麼久，目前我們取得了中國2019年的獨家代理，這是中國第一張也是唯一一張合法進口的胎盤化妝品代理證，一切都是源自誠信正直建立彼此的信任。
For employees, I hope everyone can be honor and responsible to ourselves, our colleagues and work, and always strives to do the right thing. Snowden, an iconic manufacturer for placenta extract in Japan, became my first business partner when I established Wel-Bloom. Looking back, the company was still relatively small at that time, but why were we able to earn the trust from Snowden to promote their product exclusively for more than 20 years? It is our commitment to adhere to the highest ethical and moral standards that drive and maintains such long-term collaboration. At present, we have obtained an exclusive distribution agreement in China for 2019 distribution. Notably, this is the first and the only legal certificate to import placenta cosmetics in China. All these accomplishments came from the mutual trust built on a foundation of our honesty and integrity.
創新積極 Innovation
台灣人像水牛，埋頭苦做，「做」是一定要的，但創新才能延續及成長!逢興生技秉持保健食品食品化的理念，用創新果凍劑型開創出屬於我們的獨特，前後歷經了兩年研發，讓口感、效能、活性、安全，都超過法規標準，同時是業界第一家取得果凍劑型保健食品廠GMP還有HALAL認證；逢興生技將維持創新精神和積極態度，開發出更多劑型與產線，服務更多元化的客戶。
Taiwanese people use water buffalo to symbolize their spirit of hard work and dedication. While hard work is essential to success, innovation is the key to continuous growth and expansion. Wel-Bloom has been endeavoring to make supplement food as part of our daily diet. The new functional jelly dosage form is our unique competitive advantage with two years of constant development and innovation, we can ensure the taste, effectiveness, and safety not only meet but exceed recognized regulatory standards. In the meanwhile, we were the first company in Taiwan to obtain GMP and Halal Certification for functional jelly products. Wel-Bloom will continue to innovate and work enthusiastically, strive to develop different dosage forms and production lines to serve more diversified clients.
團隊合作 Teamwork
草創初期，遇到台灣食安風暴：塑化劑、毒澱粉、三聚氰胺等等，大環境造成消費者對食品不信任，深深影響處於同一個產業的我們。在此時，除了堅守我們對製程和原料的品質外，更積極努力去申請健字號、HALAL、GMP、ISO90001等認證，而且短短不到五個月就取得美國NSF-GMP認證，讓我們一舉打進東南亞及歐美市場。但這些都不是我一個人可以完成與克服的，沒有團隊的付出與合作，是不可能成功的。
In the beginning, Wel-Bloom encountered a series of food safety incidents including the use of the plasticizer, toxic starches, melamine etc. These food safety problems have affected consumer confidence towards the entire food industry. At this time, we not only stood firm with the quality of our manufacturing process and raw materials, but also actively obtained Taiwan Health Foods Certificate, HALAL, GMP and ISO90001. Moreover, we acquired NSF-GMP in just 5 months. With these internationally recognized certificates, we successfully marketed in Southeast, Europe and North America. Without the dedication and collaboration from my team, I could not have accomplished this.

長期且成功的團隊運作建立在夥伴信任！如何取得來自全球外部供應商的信任，將那麼多的原物料交付給我們；如何讓品牌商信任，願意把產品託付給我們研製；如何讓跨部門的同事信任，願意使命必達完成彼此的任務；就是這個不用任何規範和法條約束，彼此互信互動的心，才創造今天的逢興生技。
The long-term and successful team operation is built upon the trust of each partner. How did we earn the trust of raw material suppliers around the globe, developing products for our clients and making cross-functional teams collaborate for 20 years? I believe it is the mutual trust and cooperation between us that created Wel-Bloom’s growth and success today.
